No spoon, just chopsticks!
Most people instinctively use a spoon when mixing Bibimbap. Why? Because we use the spoon to eat Bibimbap and its large surface makes it easy to mix a large bowl of various ingredients.
This is wrong.
Bibimbap should be mixed using chopsticks in order to avoid rice grains from getting crushed and becoming overly sticky, and to ensure all the ingredients are mixed evenly, providing perfect bite every time.
So remember next time around: when mixing a Bibimbap, there is No spoon, just chopsticks.
